Refund policy
If you regret your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 21 days from the date of the purchase. Items must be in their original condition - unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
Please note, the customer is responsible for the shipment of returned goods along with applicable fees.

You will be required to detail the reasons for the request and providing daytime and evening phone numbers in case the Company needs to reach you. The Company will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which must be clearly written on the package. All Freight charges and duties from merchandise being returned are to be paid by the customer.
All returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of www.thickems.ca
Until the Company receives the returned item(s), you are responsible for any loss. Where appropriate, your payment will be refunded to your account within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the return confirmation email.
Items on final sale will not be accepted for return, and if returned, they will not be refunded or resent. The same applies to items that are late or defective. For hygiene reasons, all swimwear are final sale.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
